Here's a recap of the Delta personal cards, their current elevated sign-up bonuses, their perks, and who each card is best for. A few things to know first about application:
Card "family" rule: Once you earn a bonus on a higher-tier personal Delta card, lower-tier bonuses may be unavailable to you. So, to be eligible to earn all bonuses, apply in the order the cards are listed in this post (low annual fee --> higher).
One-per-lifetime rule: Amex typically limits welcome offers to once per lifetime for each specific card.

Zone 5 Priority Boarding on Delta flights

Notable benefit: Receive a Companion Certificate on a Delta Main round-trip flight within the U.S. and to Mexico, the Caribbean, or Central America each year after renewal of your Card. The Companion Certificate requires payment of government-imposed taxes and fees of between $22 and $250 (for itineraries with up to four flight segments). Baggage charges and other restrictions apply. Delta Basic experiences are not eligible for this benefit.
$120 Resy Credit: Earn up to $10 in statement credits each month at over 10,000 qualifying U.S. Resy restaurants after you pay with your enrolled Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card for eligible purchases.
$120 Rideshare Credit: With your $120 Rideshare Credit, earn up to $10 back in statement credits each month after you use your Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card for U.S. rideshare purchases with select providers. Enrollment Required.
Cardholders with an eligible ticket will be added to the Complimentary Upgrade list, after Delta SkyMiles Medallion Members and Reserve Card Members.
Who should consider this card? Delta fans who can get a lot of value out of the annual main cabin companion certificate (available each renewal year) and aim to earn toward status on a credit card. The available credits for Global Entry/TSA Pre-check application, Uber and Resy are cherries on top.

Who should consider this card?
Delta frequent flyers who value airport lounge access. The details:
15 visits each year to the Delta Sky Club when flying Delta. To earn an unlimited number of visits, spend $75,000 or more on the card during a calendar year
Complimentary access to American Express Centurion Lounges when flying Delta with a ticket purchased on the card
Several other credits help offset the high annual fee, including Global Entry/TSA Pre-check application, Uber, and Resy
As with all of the card options in this article, the card provides priority boarding and free checked bag benefits on Delta flights
