Delta's personal credit card line-up just saw a revamp. Biggest drawback for very frequent travelers with the Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card? A notable reduction from unlimited Sky Miles Club access (now) to 15 visits per year (starting February 1, 2025). For a lot of travelers, 15 annual visits will more than suffice, though!

Notable improved benefit: Cardholders with an eligible ticket will be added to the Complimentary Upgrade list, after Delta SkyMiles Medallion Members and Reserve Card Members. This applies to tickets purchased on or after February 1, 2024.
Who should consider this card? Delta fans who can get a lot of value out of the annual main cabin companion certificate (available each renewal year) and aim to earn toward status on a credit card. The available credits for Global Entry/TSA Pre-check application, Uber and Resy are cherries on top.
