If the 2026 FIFA World Cup is even remotely on your radar, this is one of the most compelling perks I’ve seen tied to a credit card in a long time.

Chase Sapphire cardmembers are getting exclusive early access to purchase FIFA World Cup ‘26 tickets across all U.S. host cities, before the general public.

Here’s what you need to know:

What Chase Sapphire gets access to purchase FIFA World Cup 2026 Tickets?

This perk is available to the following Chase primary cardholders:

If you hold one of these cards, you’re eligible. If you don't yet, you still have a bit of time to apply before the promo starts, and I appreciate if you apply via any of my referral links above.

When does access start?

Exclusive access opens on February 10, 2026 at 12pm ET and runs through February 24, 2026, or until tickets sell out.

Given the scale of the World Cup and demand for U.S. matches, I would not expect availability to last long.

What matches are included?

This access covers matches played in all U.S. host cities from June 12, 2026 through July 18, 2026, including:

  • Los Angeles

  • Kansas City

  • Miami

  • Boston

  • Dallas

  • Atlanta

  • Seattle

  • New York / New Jersey

  • Houston

  • Philadelphia

  • San Francisco

In other words, this isn’t limited to a handful of games or locations. It’s broad access across the U.S.

How many tickets can you buy?

  • Up to 4 tickets per match

  • Up to 40 total tickets for the tournament

  • Tickets must be purchased using your eligible Chase Sapphire card

This makes it especially valuable for families, groups, or anyone planning to attend multiple matches.

Important things to do now

There are a couple of setup steps I strongly recommend doing ahead of time so you’re not scrambling on sale day:

  1. Create a FIFA account

Tickets are sold through FIFA’s official ticketing system. You’ll need an account to complete a purchase, so set this up in advance and make sure your login works.

  2. Know where to go on sale day

Starting February 10, eligible cardmembers should visit chase.com/sapphireexperiences. From there, you’ll see a dedicated FIFA section where you’ll verify your card and receive a unique link to FIFA’s ticketing site.

You’ll only be able to generate up to two unique links, so save it once you receive it.

Can you use points for tickets?

No. Tickets must be purchased with your card and cannot be redeemed using points.

Where can I look for more info?

You can find more details including additional FAQ on their official site here.

Why this perk matters

This is a great example of how premium travel cards aren’t just about points and miles.

For a global event like the World Cup, access is often the hardest part. Having a real, card-linked advantage before tickets go on sale to the public can easily be worth more than a sign-up bonus for the right person.

If you’re already a Chase Sapphire cardholder, this is one to put on your calendar. And if the FIFA World Cup 2026 is a bucket-list experience for you, this perk alone may be worth factoring into your card strategy for the year ahead.
